No refund. Cloud VPS orders are non-refundable. Check CPU, RAM, storage, location and configuration carefully before ordering.
No refund. Dedicated Server orders are non-refundable because physical infrastructure is reserved or provisioned for the service.
A refund is not automatically available simply because a request is submitted within seven days. The seven-day provision applies only to eligible Web/Shared Hosting and Reseller Hosting cases where Node4VM verifies a qualifying server-side issue.
Services suspended or terminated for abuse, prohibited activity, fraud, chargeback, non-payment or violation of the Terms of Service / Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for a refund unless applicable law requires otherwise.
